Jennifer Aniston: Not Giving Up on Love Tue, 8-Sep-2009
She hasn’t had the best of luck in past relationships, but that doesn’t mean Jennifer Aniston has given up.
The “Marley and Me” actress opened up for the October issue of Australia’s Harper’s Bazaar about why she thinks relationships go south. She tells, "I think it's laziness. I really do. I think a good relationship is about collaboration."
The 40-year-old continued, "I think you just need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want. That way it's not threatening.”
And when asked about how she moves on after a relationship, Jen responded, "I think it's important to have closure in any relationship that ends -- from a romantic relationship to a friendship. You should always have a sense of clarity at the end and know why it began and why it ended. You need that in your life to move cleanly into your next phase." |
