Jessica Simpson: Lovely at La Esquina Tue, 9-Jun-2009
Enjoying a relaxing evening, Jessica Simpson was spotted arriving at La Esquina restaurant in New York City for dinner last night (June 8).
The With You songstress looked to be in high spirits as she arrived at the high-end eatery sporting a cleavage-baring black dress with black sunglasses.
Over the weekend, Miss Simpson performed at the 18th Annual Celebrate Life with Hope Event, singing to over 2000 pediatric cancer survivors.
She told press, To be able to give back is my sole purpose in life. And it sounds like Jessica made quite an impression on the attendees.
One guest told press, She was so nice and so warm. All the kids were getting a day out and the little ones were looking up at her, it was just really touching. She kept telling them they were her heroes.
"At the end, she had a little meet and greet up on the stage. The kids were just so excited to see her and give her a hug and she was so sweet with them. She was signing T-shirts and the hospital gave her a plaque. She was just really happy to be there."
