Taking care of her growling tummy, Natalie Portman was spotted on her way out to lunch in New York City yesterday afternoon (November 1).
Joined by a male friend, the “Garden State” actress looked cool and casual as she strolled down the street, sporting a dark jacket/jeans combo with a massive handbag.
As for her strict vegan lifestyle, Natalie recently told press that Safran Foer’s book “Eating Animals” had a profound effect on her.
"Perhaps others disagree with me that animals have personalities, but the highly documented torture of animals is unacceptable, and the human cost Foer describes in his book, of which I was previously unaware, is universally compelling."
