Keeping her head down low, Nicole Kidman looked sporty as she left her apartment for a workout in New York City on Thursday (July 9).
With husband Keith Urban stepping out separately, the pair have been calling the Big Apple home as Nicole works on her new project, "Rabbit Hole".
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miss Kidman is making changes to her staff, as she's reportedly let go of her senior publicist, Catherine Olim, after 15-years working together.
Of the situation, a source tells press, "Now that the bloom is off Kidman's career, Olim got thrown to the ground. Hollywood is a tough business."
