Pink: Ready to Give Away Her Ex Tue, 6-Jan-2009
She’s been pretty forthright about her disdain for ex-husband Carey Hart (just listen to her song So What) but now that the dust has settled, Pink says she still stays friendly with the BMX biker.
In a recent interview, the “U and Ur Hand” songstress revealed, "I told him that I would give him away at his next wedding,” though Hart is yet to invite her to do so.
Of the split, she commented, "It's up and down. You have strong moments and you have weak moments. But it's not just been devastating – it's been freedom, too."
And the fact that “So What” went to #1 was bittersweet for Pink. "It's amazing to be number one. But it's ironic that it took [Carey and I] breaking-up to get there. It's a testament to how often people break-up, because everyone can relate to what I'm saying." |
