Thoroughly enjoying the Presidential Inauguration festivities, Shakira was spotted all over Washington DC last night (January 20).
The Hips Dont Lie songstress made an appearance at the RIAA Inaugural Ball as well as the Neighborhood Ball, looking sexy in a black strapless dress with silver accents.
Shakira has been an avid supporter of President Barack Obama from the start, as she believed hed be the one to unite international relations and help underdeveloped countries.
She recently told press that it was an impulse, from my heart, really, adding, Of course, everyone has unbelievably high expectations, including me.
